Calling all NYWEA members with children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews! As a way to celebrate Imagine a Day Without Water on Wednesday, October 21, we are looking to engage and get input from a younger age group on why water is important! NYWEA will stream the videos together and release them on October 21. We hope you and your family will participate! The NY Water Environment Association is made up of seven (7) geographic chapters. Each chapter has its own Board of Directors, and carry out their own technical and social programs throughout the year. By joining NYWEA you are able to select three chapters to be affiliated with. The NY Water Environment Association is taking its educational support to a higher level as we celebrate 90 years of protecting public health and the environment. In 2018, we are recognizing the 20th Anniversary of our scholarship program, where we have granted $417,000 in Scholarships to 177 students.
